1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern all interactions with ShowsTopAir, a provider of show preview services, information products, and related goods.

2. Services

ShowsTopAir offers previews of upcoming shows and related support services ("Services").

2.1 Fees and Scheduling

Service fees are disclosed at booking. Previews are scheduled based on availability.

2.2 Refund and Rescheduling Policy for Services

If you cancel a scheduled preview at least 72 hours before its start time, you are eligible for a refund processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. You may request one reschedule at no extra charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the preview are non-refundable due to limited booking capacity and preparation commitments.

3. Information Products

Digital materials and guides related to show previews ("Info Products").

3.1 Refund Policy for Info Products

If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have accessed less than 10% of the content, you will receive a full refund via the original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Goods

Physical merchandise related to shows ("Goods").

4.1 Refund Policy for Goods

Goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days. Customized items are final sale unless found defective upon delivery.

5. No-Refund Services

Certain premium live preview events are marked as non-refundable at the time of booking due to limited seating and resource allocation. No refunds will be offered for these events, and this condition is made clear before purchase.

6. Modifications to Terms

ShowsTopAir may update these terms in 2025 by posting a revised version on ShowsTopAir.best. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
